Our client is looking to add a Director of Enterprise Sales in a newly created role, to grow their team of high energy, enterprise sales professionals. This person will bridge multiple groups within their organization to their President. An ideal candidate will bring strategy and inventive leadership to a group with the directive to grow by handling:
- Lead and expand teams of Enterprise Sales and Sales Development professionals to enhance interaction for more effective overall operation.
- Provide mentoring and coaching to teams to exceed target goals while developing their sales skills.
- Working closely with Marketing to create new and result driving campaigns.
- Having a key voice in the Sales strategy and approach of the company.
Candidate who wish to be seriously considered need:
- 5+ years experience of selling SaaS having Enterprise exposure combined with polished Contract negotiations.
- 2+ years of Sales Team Management experience
- Experience in a Consultative / Solution Sales environment.
- Want of a hands on, collabrative culture.
- Process and analytically driven mindframe.
