Description

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for day to day activities relating to customer data and all subsequent transactions.  You will confirm success by defining reports, creating metrics and validating data for customer and product details across multiple applications.

  • Perform data analysis and ensure data integrity by working with stake-holders to address process/data concerns
  • Help identify and resolve errors, define and enforce standards for data quality
  • Conduct process evaluation, data analysis and documentation of requirements for managing data between systems and in customer facing outputs
  • Gain intimate knowledge of our client's systems and how they impact the flow of customer and order information with an eye toward improving workflow and centralizing data
  • Establish a thorough understanding of  data model and understand data infrastructure and architecture as it relates to management of customer data
  • Configuring Salesforce (reports, dashboards, objects, fields, workflow, etc.)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals to help with the creation and improvements of marketing efforts

         Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related discipline or relevant experience
  • 4 years Salesforce Experience
  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with strong knowledge of Excel
  • Strong planning and organizational skills; must be able to effectively prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with reporting and key metrics to provide process updates and improvements; demonstrable experience in development of troubleshooting processes and procedures
  • Analytical with an eye for detail with strong problem-solving skills; handle multiple activities with extreme accuracy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; must be able to work well with multiple departments

          Helpful Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing and/or fulfillment processes
  • Familiarity with basic order management and fulfillment applications
  • DB, SQL, Crystal Reports, SAP Business Objects, Xactly
  • Previous customer service experience
