We are working with a client to find a Manager for their Salesforce application team. This role will manage a small but growing team that services critical functions for internal teams.
Tracking requirements, enhancements, defects, etc and managing the production support for our client's Salesforce implementation are key elements of this role. In addition to those requirements you must be able to align closely with internal teams to ensure the solutions are in synch with business requirements. This includes business team members at all levels of the organization.
- Five years minimum of Salesforce experience
- Must have managed a team of Salesforce professionals in the past
- Demonstrated experience working with senior business clients creating and managing technical strategy - preferably for Salesforce
Some travel (less than 15%) is necessary for this role.
